We are CHEF.EASE, a New Relief Chef Company, understands that when you hire a relief chef, you need a chef who will be Reliable, consistent, professional and skilful!
Chefs with over 40 years of experience created CHEF.EASE, The difference with Chef Ease is that we do not just own and operate the company. We are the Relief Chefs alongside a small team of Chefs who have been hand-selected, and we consider them ambassadors of our brand.
Jamie Gulliford is the guy who started it all.
He began his career as a kitchen porter and worked through the ranks. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience working in different kitchen environments, such as large luxury hotel brands, fine dining restaurants, Gastro pubs, events and private dining, in many countries worldwide.
For the last seven years, Jamie has been the Head Chef of Harbour Hotel Group, where he has been responsible for maintaining one AA rosette and a 5-star EHO status, cooking the very best local produce with a dedicated team of talented chefs.
Jamie and his team can now be booked for several roles, including Chef De Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Private Dining, and Consultancy.
